The goal of this phase is to facilitate the permit process for the client. This process will require the following:

 

• Confirm all applications, documents and drawings are ready for plan check review

• Attend meeting with plan checker to review the project package

​

• Ensure department clearances are obtained based on project needs

​

• Complete plan checker's requested corrections and revise construction documents based on comments

​

• Attend necessary meetings, after initial plan check, with the goal of obtaining "Ready to Issue" document, which will allow for property owner or contractor to pull permit.
